Soon is a digital marketing agency based in Thessaloniki and is looking for a Performance Marketing specialist - external partner (freelancer) with the ability to work remotely (and live once a month).
The Performance Marketing Specialist will work in collaboration with the Digital Marketing department and will have a strong role in the advertising part of the agency, focusing on the development, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in all digital channels and tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google ads manager, Linked In ads manager, Twitter ads manager, Tik Tok Ads manager, Google Analytics, Newsletter campaigns, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Framework of the Digital Marketing team in the creation, development, management and optimization of advertising campaigns with the aim of their optimal performance to serve the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Collection of the necessary metrics and creation of a report for evaluation and optimization in the rest of the Digital Marketing department.
- Consulting: Providing advice-answers to customers for the best performance of advertising campaigns.
- Communication: Communicating with customers about anything to do with advertising campaigns.
- Advertising campaigns: Research, create, manage and optimize advertising campaigns on all media channels (eg Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, Native Advertising platforms, etc.).
- Design and set up together with the Digital Marketing team of each client's advertising plan and help in creating ad copy and ad creative.
- Performance: Bid management, keyword research / development, ad copy creation, campaign monitoring and optimization, reporting.
- Reporting: Creating a report to the customers but also to the rest of the team by collecting information from the analytics tools.
- Permanent search: Updating and sharing his knowledge with the team in relation to the subject, new information, best practices, tactics, new ideas.
- Teamwork: Team spirit and willingness to have a positive work environment.Understand the importance of achieving group goals and working with different people.
- Basic KPIs: Success of key goals for each customer (performance & branding goals), creation of quality deliverables (ad placement, ad copies, report, etc.).
Necessary qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in the field of performance digital marketing, in a corresponding position, ideally in an agency.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns (portfolio).
Very good knowledge Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager & Google Data Studio, Google Merchant. Very good knowledge of Google Analytics.
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or any similar field.
Knowledge in the field of e-commerce - e-business.
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English in writing and orally.
Good to have
Passion for data and analytics, and preferably some academic training in analytics or research.
Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification and / or Facebook Blueprint Certification.
